ABOUT US
Forest Hills Memory Gardens is located on Lee Highway on the West end of Abingdon. The cemetery was started in 1962 by Jack and Edith Harmon and is one of the largest Perpetual Care Cemeteries in Southwest Virginia. In 1983, David and Barbara Farris purchased Forest Hills from the Harmon family and have currently developed 17 acres of the 75 acre facility. Currently we have two Chapel Mausoleums that include niches for cremation urns. here are six ground burial sections where you may choose either a flat bronze memorial or a traditional upright granite monument. Future plans include additional ground burial sections, a cremation garden, and additional mausoleums. We also offer a full-line of outer burial containers and specialty products that can be added to help personalize your memorial. In-house financing is available at low rates to help you.
