Forest Hills
Memory Gardens has begun pre-construction sales in its third
mausoleum – the Serenity Garden Mausoleum. In accordance with
Virginia law, construction began in September 2007 and the new
building should be completed in the summer of 2008.
This new mausoleum will be built in two
phases. Phase one will include two separate wings of crypts
connected by a 1,400 square foot, outdoor, open-air chapel.

Once again, Ingram
Construction Company out of Jackson, Mississippi has designed and
will build the new mausoleum. Ingram Construction is a “mausoleum
only” construction company specializing in mausoleums in the United
States, Canada and Australia.
The Serenity
Garden Mausoleum will have both single crypts and true companion
crypts (for two people). The crypts will also be constructed on six
different height levels.

ultimately determine the price of a mausoleum crypt is

Prices start at just $6,836 for a double crypt (2 people). At
Forest Hills, we do not charge extra for name plaques, vases or
opening/closing of the crypt. With us, our price is all
inclusive with no add-ons or documentation fees.
